What is included with the Basic (free) plan?
With the Basic plan you can post 1 product and see how many reps on the platform might be a good match for you. Additionally, reps on the platform can see your product and may message you.
What is included with the Value plan?
With the Value plan, you get everything in the Basic plan, plus the ability to view a rep's full profile and send outbound messages to reps. In other words, when you post your product and see a list of reps who might be a good match, you can see their names and send them a message to see if they’re interested in discussing your product. Additionally, you can post up to 25 products.
What is included with the Pro plan?
With the Pro plan, you get everything in the Basic plan, plus everything in the Value plan. You get 100 outbound messages to reps per month and there are no limitations on how many of your products you can post for reps to discover. Additionally, you can add video to your product profiles so that they stand out and you can more completely tell your product’s story.
How can I cancel my plan?
You can downgrade your plan to the Basic (free) plan from your account settings page. Once you downgrade your plan, it will be active for the remainder of your current subscription period. For example, if you signed up for a monthly plan on August 1 and you canceled on August 15, your subscription would still be active until September 1.
Do reps pay Replogic to be listed on the platform?
No. We don’t charge reps to access the platform. Reps have to be invited to join the platform (or they can submit an application), and we are extremely selective. Once they join, however, they can enjoy Replogic for free. We believe we can truly help the world’s fastest-growing brands by attracting the world’s top reps in every industry category, so our primary goal is to make it easy for the best reps to join. Reps have the industry access, business insights, and sales experience that can transform an obscure brand into a household name, and we won’t charge them for providing our users with that value.
How do you make sure only high-quality reps are listed on Replogic?
There are two key elements that maintain the quality of our rep user base. First, before we invite or accept any rep user on the platform, we review their resume (or LinkedIn profile), website and any publicly available information about their job history and expertise on the web; we also speak with the vast majority of reps before they are accepted. Second, and most important, we rely on our users’ feedback after rep engagements to make sure our reps are providing quality insights and sales support for Replogic users. The information from both of these elements fuels our matching algorithms which get more powerful every day.
How often am I billed?
We bill monthly subscriptions every 30 days. So, if you signed up on August 1, you would be billed on August 1, September 1, October 1, and so forth until you downgrade or change your plan. If you choose to pay annually, we bill every 365 days. So, if you signed up on August 1, you would be billed on August 1 and again on August 1 the following year.
