Replogic is a B2B software platform that is dedicated to helping companies bring great products to market. Our management team has expertise in the technology, retail and financial sectors, and we are leveraging our combined experience to make wholesale commerce more efficient. Our first feature set focuses on using analytics to match brands with the nation's leading manufacturers' reps. By making individual rep capabilities more transparent, we believe the Replogic community can expand the profit pool for both product suppliers and wholesale sales professionals. Niklas de la Motte

Niklas de la Motte
Co-founder and Chairman

Niklas spent 16 years working in the hedge fund industry. He was most recently Managing Partner of Resolution Partners LLC, an investment advisory firm focused on distressed securities and post-reorganization equities in developed markets. Prior to that he was a Director at Alexandra Investment Management Ltd, an investment advisor focused on global convertible bond arbitrage. Niklas has a degree in Economics from Harvard University.

Bill Shope

Bill Shope
Co-founder and CEO

Bill spent 19 years on Wall Street, with a focus on the technology sector. He was most recently a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, where he was Deputy Director of Research (U.S.). Before that, he served as Deputy Business Unit Leader of Tech, Media and Telecom research and covered companies such as Apple, IBM, EMC and HP. Prior to working at Goldman, Bill was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse and an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan. He has a degree in Economics from Harvard University.

Drew Sfugaras

Drew Sfugaras
Co-founder and Vice President

Drew has been in the consumer products and retail industries for 20 years. In this capacity he has worked with reps from the brand side as a Sales Manager, Sales Executive and a buyer, but also over the past several years as a manufacturers' rep running his own, fast-growing business. Prior to running his own rep and consulting firm, he was the VP of Sales and Marketing at Mr. Bar-B-Q (A division of Blue Rhino), Director of Sales at Southern Patio and a Merchant with Home Depot. Drew has his MBA in Marketing from Georgia State and a degree in Communications from Florida State.

David Ngo

David Ngo
Senior Software Engineer

David brings a wealth of software development experience to Replogic. Most recently he built apps for professional sports teams, including the Yankees and Cowboys, and an API that would become SlingTV. If David coded it, you can be sure it's well-tested and only as complex as it needs to be.

Ken Seals

Ken Seals
Head of Design

Ken has lead design and product at multiple startups. Prior to joining Replogic he worked to reimagine investing at Draft and engineer a better way to find office space at Squarefoot. Always observing, listening, and iterating, if you have feedback, he's all ears.
